Tributes paid to Baba Dalbar Singh Chhiniwal during condolences meeting at the office of SGPC, office closed in the afternoon

Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) president Bibi Jagir Kaur has expressed grief over the demise of Baba Dalbar Singh Chhiniwal, who was SGPC member from Channanwal constituency in Barnala district.
During a condolences meeting at Teja Singh Samundri Hall at the SGPC headquarters, SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur termed the demise of Baba Dalbar Singh as a Panthic loss and expressed sympathy with his family members.
Bibi Jagir Kaur said that Baba Dalbar Singh had been active in the religious field for a long time.
Bibi Jagir prayed to the Karta Purakh to dwell the departed soul in His feet and for the strength to the family to bear the loss and accept the Lord’s will.
In the condolences meeting at Teja Singh Samundari Hall, recitation of the Mool Mantar and Gur Mantar was done, and prayers were offered and tributes were paid to the departed soul.
During the condolences meeting, SGPC member S. Bawa Singh Gumanpura, Bhai Ajaib Singh Abhayasi, SGPC secretary S. Mahinder Singh Ahli, additional secretary Sukhdev Singh Bhurakohna, assistant secretary S. Kulwinder Singh Ramdas, S. Simarjeet Singh, manager of Sri Darbar Sahib S. Gurinder Singh Mathrewal, OSD to SGPC president Dr Amrik Singh Latifpur, staff of SGPC and its Dharam Prachar Committee, and Sri Darbar Sahib was present.
Meanwhile, the SGPC offices have been closed in the afternoon.
